Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. in California is seeking a Beverage Services Supervisor to oversee Food and Beverage staff in the assigned bar/venue. You will ensure guest service standards, lead the team, and maintain cleanliness and appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience in bar services.
• Three years of cash-handling and guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Food and Beverage services align with direction from Beverage Services Manager and standards.
• Assist in monitoring training of personnel on service sequences and guest service standards.
• Ensure policies and regulations are followed and be visible on the floor during shifts.
• Assist with work and break scheduling and team member evaluations.
• Mentor and coach team members to support career development.
• Meet guests to resolve concerns in line with standards and procedures.
