Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and gaming floor beverage service at our California property. You will lead, coach, and support team members to maintain high performance and service excellence, ensuring prompt, courteous service and compliance with health, safety and alcohol service standards.

Strong communication, organization, and a background in hospitality are essential, with a Tribal gaming license requirement

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of work experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• One year in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food and Beverage operations across all service areas including restaurant, bar, and gaming floor beverage service.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Lead, coach, and support Food and Beverage team members to maintain high performance and service excellence.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and feedback.
• Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating shift assignments.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Monitor quality and service timing to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and supply management.
• Support opening and closing procedures including cash handling and reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Promote a positive team environment and onboarding for new staff.
