Boyd Gaming Corporation in Louisiana is seeking a Dual Floor Supervisor/Casino Shift Manager to oversee table games and staff while ensuring safety, integrity and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on coaching dealers and maintaining high standards of guest service.

You will calculate payoffs, monitor compliance, access credit lines, and resolve customer issues to uphold the company’s image and player satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two years of experience as a Floor Supervisor.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and company policies.
• Thorough knowledge of a minimum of two games.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee table games and employees to ensure safety, integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and support dealers.
• Maintain superior customer service by identifying, cultivating and improving the established player base.
• Stand and circulate throughout assigned area.
• Possess through knowledge of games assigned to supervise.
• Calculate all payoffs.
• Understand and monitor compliance with gaming regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Operate computer to access credit line and issue credit.
• Maintain positive customer relations, evaluate play, and extend complimentary services when appropriate.
• Direct and supervise dealers in assigned area.
• Evaluate designated employees’ performance on a yearly basis.
• Monitor changes of cards and dice; inspect new equipment before allowing into play.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to Shift Manager when appropriate.
