Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee all table games operations, supervise dealers, and ensure safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining knowledge of games, overseeing payoffs and wagers, and ensuring adherence to company standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Comprehensive knowledge of table games operations, gaming regulations, and company policies.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in gaming or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support dealers to ensure optimal performance and professional conduct in assigned gaming areas.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all assigned table games and accurately calculate all payoffs and wagers.
• Monitor and ensure strict compliance with gaming regulations, Company policies, and established procedures at all times.
• Circulate throughout assigned areas to maintain visible supervision and operational oversight.
• Utilize gaming systems to manage credit lines, issue credit, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships by evaluating player activity and extending complimentary services in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for designated team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Inspect and monitor equipment changes, including cards and dice, and authorize new equipment for use only after verification of compliance standards.
