Qualifications

• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all facets of the casino floor and gaming activities.
• Coordinate and direct team members, assign work, review performance, and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with MICS, Title 31, NIGC rules, and Tribal Gaming standards.
• Provide attentive, courteous customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
