Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Table Games operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Dual Rate Dealer position or higher.
• Proven ability to deal and supervise Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Midi Baccarat.
• Strong communication skills with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Gun Lake Casino Resort's Unsurpassed Service standards.
• Supervise and train Table Games staff to ensure adherence to house rules and procedures.
• Work with Surveillance and Compliance to protect assets and profitability.
• Maintain internal controls and audit procedures for gaming chips, equipment, and reports.
• Explain and interpret house rules and betting limits to guests.
• Identify and address operational deficiencies and staff gaps.
