Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking an experienced Table Games Manager to oversee casino floor operations, enforce policies and gaming regulations, and maintain high guest service levels. The role requires a Level 2 Gaming License, 4+ years of table games management experience, and a proven ability to lead, train, and develop staff in a fast-paced, on-site environment in New Buffalo, MI.

This is a full-time position with the potential for professional growth within the Table Games

Qualifications

High school diploma with 5–7 years experience in casino operations required.
Minimum of four years experience as a Dual-rate Table Games Manager or above required.
Level 2 Gaming License required.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assumes all responsibilities of the gaming floor ensuring policies and procedures and gaming regulations are followed.
Ensures maximum service level and guest satisfaction throughout the table games department.
Approves opening/closing of games, holds overtime, and calls in additional help as needed.
Manages casino floor operations on shift to ensure efficient, compliant table games.
Maintains security of areas, makes on-scene decisions, and resolves issues as they arise on the pit.
Approves large credits, over limits, and significant comps when necessary.
