Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of two-three years slot operations experience required and/or a minimum of 5 years of other casino operations supervision can be considered with internal slot operations training.
• Demonstrated experience providing training, technical direction and guidance.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of slot operations, slot repair and supporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slot floor operations while maintaining compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Assist the Slot Manager in coaching, scheduling, training and developing Slot personnel.
• Monitor staff, inventory and department functions to support business goals.
