LakeSide Entertainment is seeking a capable Shift Supervisor to lead gaming floor teams and ensure a top-tier guest experience. You will guide daily operations, supervise staff, uphold regulatory standards, and maintain accurate records while keeping guests satisfied in a fast-paced casino setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift tasks, training, scheduling, handling guest issues, and collaborating with surveillance and security to uphold safety and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cashiering experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees during your shift.
• Assign tasks, oversee performance, and train staff.
• Communicate and document call-ins; secure coverage when needed.
• Maintain and update schedules to ensure proper staffing.
• Collaborate with floor staff, surveillance, and security.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, appearance, and attendance.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
