Job summary

Seven Clans Casinos seeks a Manager on Duty to oversee the casino floor, lead the management team, and coordinate daily operations across departments. The role ensures compliance with tribal gaming laws and internal controls while driving revenues and guest satisfaction.

The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record in gaming or hospitality management. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; knowledge of Tribal gaming regulations.
• Five+ years of gaming experience with Native Tribes preferred.
• Executive level management experience in casino or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Management Team and supervise department operations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate tasks across casino departments.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain profitability, financial security, and capital planning.
• Provide guest service leadership and resolve guest issues.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Travel locally or regionally as needed; work nights, weekends, and holidays.
