Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Casino Manager on Duty to lead slot operations and ensure outstanding guest service. You will act as the on-duty manager and primary compliance contact, resolving guest concerns while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, and performance coaching, with responsibility for safeguarding assets and driving consistent service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in Slot Operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of Currency Transaction Reporting rules and processes.
• Thorough knowledge of all applicable Federal, State and local gaming regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage slot operations to ensure delivery of excellent guest service and act as on-duty manager.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies; monitor and report Title 31.
• Verify and authorize jackpots per internal controls.
• Evaluate staffing levels and adjust or request additional staffing as needed.
• Review weekly payroll reports and PTO approval.
• Interview, select and hire new team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Train, motivate and develop team members; coach guest interactions.
• Review daily reports and resolve discrepancies to improve service.
