Job summary

Fortune Bay Resort Casino in Tower, MN seeks a Gaming Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Table Games, Poker, Bingo, and Pull Tabs. You will staff, schedule, coach, and develop personnel while ensuring guest service and compliance with regulations.

The role reports to the Director of Casino Operations and requires strong leadership, budgeting insight, and ability to drive operational improvements across gaming areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of casino gaming operations experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in casino gaming or related operation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of Table Games, Poker, Bingo, and Pull Tabs with staffing and guest service oversight.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and frontline staff, including scheduling, staffing, attendance, performance management, coaching, and development.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, transfers, discipline, and ensuring training and advancement opportunities.
• Manage departmental staffing and labor based on business volumes and operational needs.
• Maintain visible management presence across shifts and respond to disputes, guest concerns, and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with tribal gaming regulations and internal controls; complete required documentation and records.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Player Development to support promotions, events, and guest retention.
• Report significant compliance concerns and assist with corrective actions following audits or reviews.
