Job summary

Rail City Casino in Sparks, NV is seeking a dynamic casino floor supervisor to administer policies across the floor and food & beverage operations, helping to achieve objectives in customer service, quality of service, and facility appearance.

You will oversee scheduling, guest relations, cash handling, and compliance with gaming regulations while developing staff through coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
Excellent math skills; ability to calculate money accurately.
Outgoing, personable to greet patrons and guests.
Strong knowledge of Gaming Operations and floor procedures.

Responsibilities

Administer policies for casino floor and F&B operations.
Oversee MOD activities and schedules.
Ensure guest service standards and courteous service.
Control cash handling per reconciliation procedures.
Maintain machines and equipment on the gaming floor.
Assist in casino marketing and promotions.
Attend management meetings.
Assign and direct employees’ work duties.
