Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have previous supervisory experience.
• Must have previous experience in handling cash.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to use a 10 key and have strong computer skills.
• Must have previous Main Bank experience.
• Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests.
• Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
• Registration with Gaming Control Board work card is required.

Responsibilities

• Process all in-house business including making change, cashing e-tickets and slot payouts.
• Responsible for making bank deposits.
• Balance cage reconciliations daily.
• Supervise front line cashiers on policies and procedures.
• Help front line cashiers during peak business periods.
• Balance vault and verify all unattended drawers.
• Communicate effectively with Cage Manager.
• Prepare and log accurate department reports.
• Issue employee banks to staff as assigned.
• Assist with soft count when needed.
• Distribute and manage keys.
• Make up daily kiosk banks.
• Other duties as assigned.
