Job summary

Qualifications

Standing, walking for long periods in a smoke-filled, noisy environment is possible.
1-3 years Casino supervisory experience preferred.
Basic to intermediate skills in typing and computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.

Responsibilities

Managing casino staffing during the shift
Responsible for controlling labor costs through proper scheduling of staff
Assists the Casino General Manager with policy, procedures and developing personnel
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the system of internal controls
Safeguarding company assets within the casino
Enforcing casino rules and regulations
Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations
Oversee the daily operations of the casino floor, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
Monitor casino activities to prevent and address any irregularities, disputes, or customer complaints promptly and professionally
Working knowledge of Title 31, State and Federal Gaming and employment regulations
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
