Job summary

San Manuel is seeking an Assistant Manager, F&B to lead the day-to-day operations of high-volume casino dining outlets. You will oversee culinary staff, bussers, cashiers, and supervisors, ensuring timely menu execution and exceptional guest service in a 24/7 environment.

You will manage forecasting, budgeting, labor and cost controls to maximize profitability while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant or related hospitality experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operation of the F&B venues in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts with cost controls.
• Monitors team performance to ensure policy compliance and operational efficiency.
• Ensures safety, sanitation and health standards are maintained across outlets.
