Bally's Corporation is seeking a hands-on F&B leader to drive high-quality guest service and operational excellence in a fast-paced casino environment. You will supervise a dining and beverage team, set service standards, and work closely with purchasing to control costs.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on guest satisfaction. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to manage and coach team members to meet standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on leadership to F&B department and ensure standards of performance.
• Set and maintain guest service standards for a favorable gaming experience.
• Manage departmental budget, staffing levels, and food/beverage costs.
• Monitor inventories; coordinate with purchasing regarding supply inventory.
• Communicate with senior staff and surveillance as needed for operations.
• Ensure attendance policies are followed and confidentiality agreements upheld.
