Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Shift Manager - Environmental Services to oversee the day shift for Public Areas and Casino. You will supervise the Environmental Services staff, inspect cleanliness, train Supervisors and Specialists, and ensure adherence to Wind Creek policies and standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, interviewing and hiring, conducting performance reviews, handling guest feedback, enforcing safety rules, and coordinating with other departments to maintain

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of janitorial services experience in a supervisory position required.
• Two (2) years’ experience in guest relations training required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the property; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall shift and supervise staff.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards for casino, public areas, back of house and exterior areas.
• Develop staffing schedules; interview, hire, discipline and terminate as needed.
• Track attendance, coordinate breaks, and communicate changes across the shift.
