Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Shift Manager - PAD to oversee the Public Areas Department on a specified shift. You will supervise the PAD Supervisor and Cleaning Specialists, ensuring clean, safe environments across casino and non-leased areas, while enforcing policies and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires prior janitorial supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staffing, training, and guest interactions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of janitorial services experience in a supervisory position.
• Two years of guest relations training.
• Must lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of assigned shift and associated staff.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all areas including casino and public spaces.
• Develop effective staffing schedules and interview/hire when needed.
• Direct and delegate tasks to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
