Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Shift Manager - Surveillance to oversee daily operations in the surveillance room and ensure all gaming activities comply with state, federal regulations and Wind Creek policies.

The role includes supervising surveillance staff, coordinating with law enforcement, and maintaining security systems while upholding Wind Creek's customer service standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Two years of casino surveillance experience (or three years of surveillance experience) required.
• Must be able to obtain Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities within the surveillance room.
• Ensures department’s adherence to state regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Investigates and monitors illegal activity.
• Interacts with law enforcement in investigations.
• Maintains and upgrades surveillance systems.
• Provides training and supervision to Surveillance Agents.
• Ensures compliance with Wind Creek policies and customer service standards.
