Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC is seeking a Shift Manager - PAD to oversee the Public Areas Department on an assigned shift, supervising the cleaning staff and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness across the casino and related facilities.

You will develop staffing schedules, interview and train team members, enforce all policies and internal controls, address guest feedback, and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Three years of janitorial services experience in a supervisory role.
• Two years of guest relations training experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage staffing, deadlines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the Public Areas shift and supervise PAD staff.
• Develop staffing schedules and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and terminate as needed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards across casino, public areas, and back of house.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Enforce Wind Creek policies, internal controls, and safety procedures.
