Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Specialist - Cleaning to maintain clean public areas, assist guests, and support operations. You will follow Wind Creek policies, use cleaning equipment safely, and provide accurate directions to guests.

Must be 18+, able to work varied shifts including weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate in English. Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, with adherence to safety and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all casino areas as directed and to department standards.
• Sweep, dust, vacuum, and pick up trash including from floor and slot machines.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked; report plumbing issues to facilities.
• Provide accurate information to guests and be knowledgeable about Wind Creek services and events.
• Follow safety standards and Wind Creek policies; complete paperwork per standards.
