AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE is seeking a guest services clerk to serve as the first point of contact for ACE Club members and to enter guest data accurately. You will support reservations, loyalty enrollment, and promotional activities while maintaining high service standards on site.

Responsibilities include assisting guests over the phone and in person, processing transactions for events when needed, and supporting special events and marketing programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some demonstrated customer service experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.
• Computer literate with good oral and written English communication skills.
• Multilingual desirable with good phone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Convey ACE Program terms and explains qualification requirements to prospective gaming guest.
• Assist in making reservations for guests for outlets on property and arrange transportation if needed.
• Identify and initiate relationships with new guests for possible enrollment into the players club.
• Record and report database information to management and assist in updating database files.
