Job summary

Jamul-Casino is seeking responsible, customer-focused staff to deliver fast, friendly beverage service and attentive guest support. You will handle money, operate the till, and assist in drink preparation while promoting casino events.

Roles require at least 21 years old, ability to read English, and readiness to obtain TiPS, Food Handlers Card, and RBS Certification within specified timelines. A gaming license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret English documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to count money and make change accurately.
• Must be able to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Must be able to earn and maintain Food Handlers Card.
• Must be able to earn and maintain RBS Certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to guests and team members.
• Resolve service problems according to guidelines.
• Promote casino events and programs.
• Provide beverage service with proper tray handling and safety.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed per guidelines.
• Handle money and operate cash register.
• Maintain clean and stocked workstation.
• Work as a team with servers, hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff.
• Adhere to uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
