Job summary

Chumash Casino Resort in California seeks an attentive beverage server to provide exceptional guest service, take orders, and deliver drinks quickly. You will operate the POS, process payments, and redeem loyalty points while up-selling the extended beverage menu.

You'll maintain knowledge of cocktails and wine, ensure responsible service per RBS guidelines, and support opening/closing duties in a fast-paced casino bar environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old to serve distilled spirits; 18+ for beer/wine in certain areas.
• RBS and ABC certifications required within the stated timelines.
• Serv Safe certification within 30 days of employment.
• Previous guest services/beverage serving experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders, delivering high‑level service.
• Enter orders into POS system and process payments; manage loyalty points.
• Upsell beverage options and maintain knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer and wine.
• Assist with bussing and maintaining beverage areas; adhere to safety policies.
• Provide resort information and resolve guest concerns with management as needed.
• Open, run, and close service shifts; uphold One.Team.Chumash values.
