Firehouse Subs by CTRG in Cypress, TX is seeking a Cashier/Guest Services Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-tipping environment. You will take orders, process payments, and help with food preparation while keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

The position offers full-time and part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities to participate in fundraising initiatives through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of menu items and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain a clean, inviting dining area and work collaboratively with teammates.
• Support fundraising initiatives through Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
