Job summary

Firehouse Subs by CTRG in Houston, TX is looking for a Cashier/Guest Services Team Member to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accurate transactions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain menu knowledge, assist with food prep, and keep the dining area clean while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining strong menu and product knowledge
• Greeting guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Taking customer orders and accurately entering them into the POS system
• Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy
• Providing outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Assisting with food preparation and ensuring timely order delivery
• Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
