Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience in Scottsdale, AZ. You will run registers, promote sales, and help maintain store standards at GCNA and its affiliated entities.

Essential duties include POS processing, price setting, stocking, and greeting customers. The role emphasizes attendance, safety, and upholding Goodwill core values while supporting a welcoming environment near you.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong math skills preferred.
• Ability to understand instructions in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Solicits cash donations at POS from customers.
• Establishes prices using merchandise markings or asks for help from a leader.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Maintains consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave the store.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stocks merchandise as assigned.
• Uses store paging systems for announcements and keeps areas clean.
