Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Yuma, AZ is seeking a store team member to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience, run registers, and promote sales for GCNA and its affiliated entities.

You will greet customers, process payments, maintain floor standards, stock merchandise, and support a clean, safe environment while upholding our core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Runs registers and processes payments at POS.
• Asks customers for cash donations at POS.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stocks merchandise as assigned.
• Greet customers and thank them as they leave.
• Performs closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
