Job Responsibilities

1. Operate Point of Sale system, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.
2. Help prepare foods including meats, vegetables, baked goods, desserts, and catering orders.
3. Perform cashier duties accurately, including cash handling and deposit management.
4. Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure food safety standards.
5. Serve hot and cold items, set up serving lines, and monitor food temperatures.
6. Stock and rotate inventory using FIFO, record temperatures and replenishments.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
