Bally's Corporation in Chicago, IL is seeking team members to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will assist guests with food and beverage purchases, handle payments, and operate POS systems while maintaining a clean workstation and following all procedures.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric Bally's Born to Entertain culture, open night/weekend/holiday availability, and compliance with gaming licensing requirements.

Competenze

• High School (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age. (preferred)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. (preferred)
• Must have six months or more related experience. (preferred)
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. (preferred)

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Target Salary Range: $25.90/hr

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels, bright lights, large crowds, and high-volume guest interaction.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, Team Members, and leadership while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
