Bally’s Corporation is seeking a guest-focused team member for our RV Park/Mini-Mart operations in East St. Louis, IL. You will handle POS transactions, assist guests with local attractions, and maintain neat stock and cleanliness across facilities.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, English communication, and the ability to obtain an Illinois Gaming License. Training will cover reservation systems and computer registers, with opportunities to progress in Hotel Operations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Similar work experience beneficial.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License.
• Able to effectively communicate verbally in English.

• Stock items neatly and in a timely manner as directed.
• Conduct Point-of-Sale transactions correctly.

• Follow all safety standards as instructed


• Must be able to apply knowledge gained from training, education and work experience

• Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Hotel Supervisor and the Director of Hotel Operations


• Other duties as assigned

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EFFORTS

• The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.


• This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.


• Frequent: sitting with repetitive movement of fingers, legs, arms, and hands, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds


• Occasional: Kneeling, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 50 pounds


• Speech and Vision abilities are required

The target salary rate: $16.50 per hour
