Responsibilities

• Understand and effectively use statewide and agency applications such as AFRS, eHub, Enterprise Reporting, WebI and TM$.
• Enter payments and transmit deposits to the State Treasurer.
• Create, maintain and print documents using standard computer tools.
• Retrieve payments from lobby drop box before end of business.
• Greet customers at reception and prepare receipts for in-person payments.
• Review, approve, and enter journal vouchers.
