Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of general fiscal or accounting experience or education substituting for experience.
• Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; ability to maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide Fiscal support for Financial Services staff.
• Prepare payables batches and obtain proper expenditure codes.
• Audit and reconcile vendor statements; maintain vendor files.
• Assist with mailroom, reception duties, and CTR program administration.
