You will supervise fiscal analysts, oversee cashiering and accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for loan programs.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervising or leading fiscal positions.
• Thorough knowledge of state fiscal and accounting systems, laws, policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with all management levels.
• Experience in process development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to plan and organize workloads to meet deadlines.
• Professional judgment and discretion in financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agency revenue collection, daily cash deposits, and fee receivables.
• Provide expert-level financial consultation to agency programs for compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance for loan programs and related funds.
• Supervise a team of fiscal analysts providing revenue and collection services.
• Manage cashiering, revenue tracking, billing systems, accounts receivable, and collections for fees.
• Assist in developing agency policies for receivables and revenue collection.
