Job summary

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Los Angeles is seeking a friendly team member to join the front-of-house. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle payments at the counter, providing quick and accurate service in a fast-casual setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining menu knowledge, ensuring order accuracy for dine-in and takeout, and coordinating with the kitchen to keep lines moving smoothly while upholding cleanliness and food safety standards.

• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and team members to ensure efficient service.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Support overall restaurant operations and assist team members as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards at all times.
