Expo (Expeditor) – Position Summary

The Expo (Expeditor) is responsible for managing the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room. This role ensures that all dishes are prepared correctly, plated properly, and assembled according to each ticket before leaving the window. The Expo organizes and consolidates orders, verifies accuracy and presentation, and communicates clearly with both kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team members.
