Job summary

NFM is seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Manager in Texas to oversee cashiering and customer service staff. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach the team while managing timekeeping and benefits processing, ensuring accurate paperwork for staffing changes.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with flexibility for night, weekend, or early shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours.
• Data entry skills per established department requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software applications.
• Pre-employment screening including, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.
