Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to deliver an exceptional customer and brand experience, handle registers, and maintain sales floor standards in Sedona, AZ. The role requires POS handling, assisting at checkout, and promoting sales while upholding Goodwill values.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, basic math, attendance, and ability to work with a team in a retail environment.

Competenze

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Pass a background check and drug screen where applicable

Mansioni

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via merchandise markings or asking for help from a leader.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers as they enter and thanks them on exit.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Uses phones and paging systems for announcements.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Models Goodwill Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation.
