Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Associate to join the store team. You will run registers, process payments, and help maintain a welcoming, clean sales floor aligned with Goodwill standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate math, and the ability to communicate instructions in English. A 16+ age minimum is required, with potential for full-time hours and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave.
• Maintains sales floor per standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
