Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a store team member at our Tempe location to deliver an excellent customer experience, run registers, and promote sales while upholding brand standards. You will process payments, assist with donations at POS, and help maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.

Reliability and excellent service are essential, with adherence to Goodwill core values and attendance expectations.

Competenze

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Mansioni

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via the type of merchandise, identifying markings, or asking for help from an on-site leader.
• Completes closing procedures, as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers that enter in the store and thanks customers leaving the establishment.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and PPM (picture process map) standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
