Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Tempe is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, operate registers, and promote sales. Responsibilities include POS transactions, handling payments, stocking merchandise, greeting customers, and maintaining store standards.

Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and math skills, and being at least 16 years old; English communication required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Performs POS transactions and processes payments.
• Asks customers for cash donations at POS.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stocks merchandise.
• Greets customers entering and thanks those leaving.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and a clean, safe store environment.
