Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) seeks a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales at our Chandler, AZ location. You will run registers, handle merchandise, and ensure a clean and welcoming store environment.

The role requires strong customer service and math skills, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Minimum age 16 with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• English language proficiency (speaking and reading).

Responsibilities

• Run POS and process payments.
• Ask customers for donations at POS.
• Maintain sales floor standards.
• Close procedures when required.
• Greet customers and thank them.
• Stock merchandise in assigned areas.
• Use phones and paging systems for announcements.
• Keep store clean and safe.
• Model Goodwill Core Values.
