The Michaels in Pottsville, PA is hiring for a team member to provide friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a quick checkout experience. You’ll engage customers with Rewards and credit card enrollments and participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery.

The role supports omnichannel processes and upholds safety and SOP compliance. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can stay on their feet, and lift/move merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and assist customers.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store recovery.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain in-stock store condition and handle merchandise returns/go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and comply with SOPs.
