The Role
The Cashier welcomes guests, processes orders and payments accurately, and helps counter service run smoothly from first contact through handoff.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests, answer menu questions, and enter orders accurately.
- Process cash, card, gift card, and digital transactions according to control procedures.
- Confirm order details, communicate wait expectations, and coordinate handoff with production teams.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized register and guest area.
- Resolve routine questions and involve a leader promptly when assistance is needed.
- Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work accurately.

What You'll Bring
- Customer-service, retail, restaurant, or cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Accuracy, warmth, clear communication, and comfort using a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to stay organized and composed through high-volume periods.
- Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset.
- Food Handler Certification
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a restaurant shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move through active guest and service areas.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
- Work around food, beverages, cleaning products, noise, and changing temperatures.
- Maintain availability for a varied schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
