The Role
The Busser supports a smooth guest experience by keeping service areas ready, assisting teammates, and moving with urgency and care.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and reset tables, stations, service areas, and supplies to established standards.
- Clear, clean, polish, replenish, and organize items throughout service.
- Support servers and managers with water, table maintenance, guest requests, and timely communication.
- Handle dishes, glassware, linens, tools, and food items safely.
- Notice service needs early and respond without waiting to be asked.
- Complete opening, running, closing, and assigned side work thoroughly.

Qualifications
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required for every assignment.
- A sense of urgency, careful attention to cleanliness, and strong team awareness.
- Ability to follow direction, communicate clearly, and remain dependable during busy shifts.
- Professional presentation and a guest-first attitude.
- Food Handler Certification
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a restaurant shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move through active guest and service areas.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
- Work around food, beverages, cleaning products, noise, and changing temperatures.
- Maintain availability for a varied schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
