Job summary

Urbane Cafe is seeking friendly cashiers in California to greet guests, take orders, and process payments with care and accuracy. You will answer questions, suggest menu items, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient guest experience.

We offer competitive hourly pay plus tips, on-demand pay, flexible scheduling, and a suite of benefits. Prior cashier experience is a plus, but training is provided to the right candidate.

• Basic math skills for making change.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and make them feel at home
• Take orders accurately and efficiently — in person and at the register

• Support the team and jump in wherever you're needed
