Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet, engage, and assist customers actively and visibly.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various tenders and adhering to company policies.
• Follow guidelines on cash shortages/overages, restricted sale items, and pricing discrepancies.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or accidents.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers, answering questions and assisting as needed.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment and manage conflicts reasonably.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
• Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
