Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Cash Receipts Specialist to join a top client for a remote opportunity. The role focuses on cash posting, including ACH and credit card transactions, and supporting accounts receivable activities in a professional office environment.

You will use Excel for data management and reconciliation and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate posting. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of AR experience, proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with SAP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Cash posting experience with ACH, credit cards, or similar transactions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting courses preferred.
• 1–2 years of related accounts receivable experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree may substitute.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless cash management processes.

Requirements for the Cash Receipts Specialist:

• Cash posting experience with ACH, credit cards, or similar transactions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional courses in mathematics, business, computers, or accounting preferred.
• 1-2 years of related accounts receivable experience strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline may substitute.
