Parkway Family Auto Group, a Houston-area automotive group, seeks an Accounting Specialist – Cash Receipts & Funding Coordinator to process and reconcile all cash and check receipts across four dealership locations. You’ll post customer payments, vehicle funding transactions, and intercompany entries while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Management to maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes timely posting, discrepancy resolution, and adherence to internal controls

Responsabilités

• Process and reconcile cash, check, and electronic payments for the four-store dealership group.
• Post daily receipts from multiple departments and balance with documents and deposits.
• Maintain funding schedules and post vehicle funding transactions accurately to the GL.
• Manage accounts receivable activities and collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Support intercompany transactions and prepare related reconciliations and reports.
